Plymouth - St peter Port

My girlfriend and I (both late 30s) and a friend have entered my boat jon jon (sadler 34) in the Plymouth St Peter Port race but need another helm and crew (or two) anyone interested non serious people only please its our first race and we dont mind losing!!!!!
