ok, always willing to be corrected, but I was there full-time for 18 months (and working) until Sept 2007 . . fitting electronics, yes . . . spraying topsides? I do wonder where would that be done . .
Plenty of boats in Gib and quite a few 'services' available like mechanics, stainless steel - but nothing really 'out of the water' surely (for yachts)(unless you count paying Sheppards loadsamoney to hire in a crane at their Coaling Island place). I thought the sailing school boats went across the bay to Algeciras or across to Morocco to get lifted out. ??

IMVHO - so please correct any misapprehensions on my part.
