Welcome....hopefully you will find this the right place for relevant info...

Are you running in beach mode?
I hope not for long as the prop is probably out of the water...which may restrict the water inlet for the cooling...
the vibration may be from cavitation because you are in beach mode.
trim should be 0 (zero) to start then only a few degrees plus or minus
