They dont mind if you tuck a small cruiser onto the end of the pontoon though but will not slow down if you are in the way There is room under Twickenham Bridge , i assume they have the depth for boats waiting to go through Richmond lock and there are also chains there but very muddy . You can tie up to the railings at high tide but you gotta watch your boat at all times . I may have to get down there with the Hilti to drill a few holes for mooring pins
