Try to head direct for La Coruna as a base and to stock up - dirt cheap !. I Disagree with Nick re heading straight around, the Rias Altas (The high Rias) are also beautiful ! and the cruising on the North coast is sublime.. You can head around finisterra later depending on time.. certainly look at Muros !.. beautiful, camarinas is a good short hop from LC too.
