You can wash the mats and reuse them.

I scrounged a quantity from a nice EA man to mop up some diesel, left the pad to drain and washed it by hand.

Amazing came up as good as new.

Wasn't being a cheapskate, had about a gallon to remove from a ditch, and had to reuse the pads. Wasn't my spill either...
