Admirality Electronic Chart Plotter and Garmin GPSMap 60 CSx

I have just purchased the admirality Chart Plotter but i cannot seem to get it to communicate with the GPS. The GPS (GPSMap 60 CSx) is communicating with the Computer. (It Communicated briefly at one point)

Any comments and help appreciated
