This is brillant, just what I was after.

Real experience and opinions from real people.

I'm always a bit edgy at getting sleep onboard, especially when I have other crew members to be resposible for.
I shall have to instruct some self-discipline upon myself.

Sounds like a stupid question - and it probably is, but How big can the sea state get?

Is there a possibilty that Spindrift could get beaten to breaking point?
