Qurb hasn't let through a single spam so far. It does quarantine some legitimate emails, but once you've authorised them, it will let that senders email through in future, so while do have to 'teach' it a bit at first, this obviously becomes less and less with time.
If you sign up to an email newsletter or the like, then the sender is unknown and gets quarantined, so always some teaching to do, but far better than an inbox full of spam.
I can't get over how simple it is. One of those 'why didn't I think of that' things.
