I know this is small fry compared to some thefts that people on here have suffered but while our boat was shored up in Chichester marina for new season preparation some sick cheapskate stole the top cover from the outdrive. Obviously stolen to order & it's cost me nearly £200 for a replacement. What's unnerving is that it was probably someone also berthed there as it's an odd thing for a passerby to steal. If someone can afford their boat they should be able to buy their own parts for christ sake! I hope I don't find out who it was. I have posted about this on motorboat chat.
