For Sale Forum

There've been instances of people just linking their ebay sales to the For Sale Forum and others of stuff put in for well over the price limit.

Would it be practicable to set up a form with maybe three fields: One for the description, which won't accept URLs, another for an optional link to a photo (set up to reject links to ebay) and one where the price has to be entered and will reject more than the current maximum?
