RouletteRoulette
One of two Oyster 56s in the ARC, Trevor Silver’s Roulette is setting out for the start of what he hopes will become a complete circumnavigation. An engineer by profession, Trevor has spent a lot of time thinking about how to make long-term life aboard as simple and safe as possible. The intention of doing the ARC was there from the start, and the boat was launched in January with a great many ideas incorporated by the semi custom Oyster company.

Trevor owned an Amel Super Maramu for four years before Roulette, but the ARC will be the first Atlantic crossing for all five of her crew who are looking forward to a decidedly un white Christmas in Antigua.

Roulette’s Caribbean season will include Antigua and Tobago race weeks and some time in Cuba before transiting the Canal into the Pacific. "Id like to see it while Castro’s still in power, before there’s a McDonalds and KFC on every corner." Says Trevor.
