1. No purchase necessary. You may enter the competition either by telephone or by post or online.
2. Entries on post card shall be accepted and should be sent to IPC MARINE MEDIA, ROOM 2116, KING'S REACH TOWER, STAMFORD STREET, LONDON SE1 9LS. Proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
3. To enter by telephone, call the number/numbers specified within the magazine, postcard/entry form. Telephone entries will be charged at rates stated within original text. Callers should obtain the permission of the person responsible for paying the telephone charges before entering the competition by telephone.
4. All competitions are open to readers over 18 and who are resident in the UK and Ireland, except the employees of IPC Media Limited and their families, the printers and distributors of each title or the sponsor/provider of the prize/competition, and any other company associated with the running and promotion of the competition.
6. All prizes must be accepted as offered. Once the prize is accepted, IPC MARINE MEDIA shall have no further liability to the winner. Furthermore IPC MARINE MEDIA cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by any reader as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize.
7. There can be no alternative awards, cash or otherwise. In the event of a competition prize being unavailable, IPC MARINE MEDIA reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The decision of the Editor is final and prizes shall be awarded at IPC MARINE MEDIA's discretion. If IPC MARINE MEDIA considers that the reader has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering the competition, it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize.
8. All prize details and prices are correct at time of going to press. While every effort is made to ensure all prize details are correct at time of going to press, IPC MARINE MEDIA cannot be held responsible for incorrect prize details supplied by sponsors and/or suppliers.
9. No correspondence can be entered into and no entry returned.
10. Any number of entries shall be accepted, provided each is in a separate telephone call or envelope or on a separate postcard.
11. Winners shall be notified by telephone, post or email after the closing date.
12. Winners must be prepared to co-operate with publicity arising as a result of winning a competition. The results of the competitions may also be published in a future issue of IPC MARINE MEDIA.
13. Winners shall be the first correct entries drawn after the closing date.
14. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by and in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
