1. No purchase necessary. You may enter the competition either by email or post.
2. Entries on post card shall be accepted and should be sent to ybw.com IPC Media, 9th Floor, Blue Fin Building, 110 Southwark Street, SE1 0SU. Proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
3. Closing date is 13th August at 5.30pm.
4. All competitions are open to readers (over 18) who are resident in the UK and Ireland, except the employees of IPC Media Limited and their families, the printers and distributors of ybw.com and any other company associated with the running and promotion of the competition.
5. All prizes must be accepted as offered. Once the prize is accepted ybw.com shall have no further liability to the winner. Furthermore ybw.com cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by any reader as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize.
6. There can be no alternative awards, cash or otherwise. In the event of a competition prize being unavailable, ybw.com reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The decision of the Editor is final and prizes shall be awarded at Yachting World ’s discretion. If Yachting World considers that the reader has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering the competition, it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize.
7. All prize details and prices are correct at time of going to press. While every effort is made to ensure all prize details are correct at time of going to press, ybw.com cannot be held responsible for incorrect prize details supplied by sponsors and/or suppliers.
8. No correspondence can be entered into and no entry returned.
9. Any number of entries shall be accepted, provided each is in a separate email envelope or on a separate postcard].
10. Winners shall be notified by post by way of an official letter from Yachting World after the closing date.
11. Winners must be prepared to co-operate with publicity arising as a result of winning a competition. The results of the competitions may also be published in a future issue of Yachting World
12. Winners shall be the senders of the first correct entries drawn after the closing date.
13. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
14. These terms and conditions are governed by and in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
