St Mary's RNLI rescue rudderless Fastnet yacht

The volunteer crew of the St Mary's RNLI all-weather lifeboat were launched yesterday afternoon (18 August) to assist a yacht taking part in the Fastnet race that had lost its rudder. The yacht was four miles west of The Bishop Rock lighthouse.
