Superyacht World Launched
The world's finest superyachts and the lifestyle that goes with them.
IPC has launched SuperYacht World, a new bi-monthly consumer magazine about the world’s finest yachts and the lifestyle that goes with them.
In the first issue we help readers choose the best charter vessel for that holiday of a lifetime and feature designer watches made out of recycled steel from the Titanic, so SuperYacht World will inspire even the most landlocked reader. You can read our preview edition online right now, and if you can’t wait to buy it in the shops just buy it online at superyachtworld.com.
The new launch will complement the company’s existing range of marine titles, including Motor Boat & Yachting and Yachting World among others, and is being spearheaded by highly experienced superyacht writers including Michael Howorth, David Glenn, Phil Draper and Alan Harper.
Publisher Stephen Kendall says: “SuperYacht World isn’t just about providing today’s superyacht owners with a top quality magazine, we are actively seeking out the next generation of owners as well. Our unique network of distribution partners gives us unrivalled access to ultra high net worth individuals around the globe.”
Editor in chief Hugo Andreae says: “We aim to bring some much-needed excitement and innovation to the world of superyacht magazines. Thanks to the calibre of writers and photographers contributing to SuperYacht World, our readers will be able to share in the privilege of being on board the world’s finest yachts.”
Head of sales Mike Wills adds: “This launch has been supported by many of the biggest and most influential players in the business. Key industry advisers and opinion formers were involved from the very start to create a magazine in tune with its market”.
The first issue of SuperYacht World goes on sale this week with a cover price of £5 and is complimented online with its own website www.superyachtworld.com which is part of YBW.com, the UK’s leading marine website.
