The brave Frenchwoman is continuing her challenge to row the Atlantic from west to east despite adverse weather conditions.

Maud Fontenoy has now been at sea for 112 days and is still 270 miles from the end of her trip at Ouessant Island. She is tired and lonely and has been suffering from a migraine for the past two days.

Today it is raining and Maud is in her last set of dry clothes. She is trying to make as much progress as possible before nightfall but has been finding it difficult to stay awake at night due to the cold, so now she dreads the darkness coming as the east wind rises again blowing her in the wrong direction.
