Boat Show fever continues at Birmingham
Bigger and better boat show at NEC this month
If two London shows have whetted your appetite for more, then Birmingham Boat Show could be just for you. Now in its 47th year, this year’s event opens its doors from the 19th to 24th February, with every stand booked up well in advance of the show. Part of the UK’s largest show for the outdoor leisure world – the National Boat, Caravan and Outdoor Show – the dedicated boating hall offers the largest choice of everything boat and marine north of London.
The show promises something for everyone from the most avid boating enthusiast through to families who are simply looking for a fun, exciting and good value day out. What’s more, visitors can try their hand at canoeing on an indoor pool, have a go at climbing on our mobile rock, have some archery lessons from experts on hand at our archery tournament feature or pay a visit to the Inland Waterways Village to see the show’s largest ever display of narrowboats and inland craft. The RYA will also be on hand to offer free advice and information on how to get started on the water.
Tickets are on sale from the ticket hotline on 0870 730 0963. Visitors can collect a FREE show guide (RRP £4) at the show when they book their tickets in advance of 18th February 2008 and parking is also FREE for visitors.
