The 40th Southampton Boat Show opened spectacularly this morning with the Team GBR members Ben Ainslie, Iain Percy, Andrew Simpson, Sarah Ayton, Sarah Webb, Pippa Wilson and Paul Goodison arriving on Mike Golding’s Ecover 3 with Dee Caffari.

They then went on to meet other sailing greats Sir Robin Knox-Johnston and Dame Ellen MacArthur at the new main stage, which will be the venue for a host of entertainment during the show. Watch the footage of the sailors arriving in the video below.
